Who we are

Mind Gravity ("we", "us", "our") designs and operates artificial intelligence systems on behalf of institutional counterparts, and develops software for Apple platforms (iOS, iPadOS, macOS). We operate the website at mindgravity.co.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to applications we publish, unless that application provides its own, more specific privacy policy. Data handled inside client engagements is governed separately — see Client engagements below.

What we collect on this website

Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics.

The only personal data we receive from the website is information you voluntarily submit through the inquiry form on the home page. The form collects your name, organization, email address, and the message you write, and transmits them to us by email so that we can respond. We use the information solely to reply to your inquiry and any follow-on correspondence. We do not share inquiry contents with third parties, and we do not add submitters to any mailing list.

Our hosting and email infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services) automatically logs basic technical information about every request — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify or profile individual visitors.

What our applications may collect

Individual applications we publish may collect data necessary for their functionality. Where this is the case, the specific data, purpose, and retention period are disclosed inside the app and on its App Store listing. In general, our applications may handle:

We design our applications to minimize data collection. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the app you are using.

Client engagements

When we design or operate artificial intelligence systems on behalf of a client, the personal data handled by those systems is owned and controlled by the client, not by us. We act as a processor under the client's instructions and under the specific engagement agreement.

We do not retain client data beyond what is needed to deliver the engagement, we do not use client data to train models or to improve unrelated systems, and we do not share client data with third parties except as required to deliver the engagement or by law. Specific data flows, retention periods, and sub-processors are documented in the engagement contract.

Use of artificial intelligence

Some of our applications use machine learning or large language models to provide their functionality. Where an application sends user content to a third-party model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or a similar service), we disclose this in the application's privacy disclosures. We do not use user content to train models without explicit, informed consent.

Children's privacy

Our website and applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, delete, or export it, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through the inquiry form on the home page. We respond within 30 days.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the website and our applications:

Each of these vendors processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be noted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the relevant application.
